What is the Lifestyle Hospice Foundation?

The Lifestyle Hospice Foundation* is an organization dedicated to the support of individuals with financial hardship who need hospice care and or medical equipment and supplies.

We support quality end of life care and provide medical equipment and supplies for patients whose finances do not enable them to obtain this equipment on their own.

Our support covers the direct costs of hospice services, and related medical care which provides medical, emotional and spiritual needs. We also help with needs such as last wishes which can unite families, and help build bridges that bring peace and comfort to all involved.

Caring for the ill, the elderly, the disabled, and the poor is a fundamental responsibility of humanity.

Our personal involvement in this ennobling service not only assists those in need, but also helps insure that we will not be forgotten during our own time of need.

Our Medical Equipment and Supply operation is available to all individuals in need. This service refurbishes donated equipment, collects surplus supplies, and makes these products available to others at little or no cost.

Through these services, independence and quality of life “Lifestyle” is improved and better maintained right up to the very end.
