Lifestyle Hospice Foundation partners with medical service providers by covering direct costs of care needed at the end of life such as:

• Hospices
• Pharmacies
• Physicians
• Home Care Providers

• Respite Facilities
• Hospitals
• Mortuaries
• Medical Transport Companies

We also collaborate with various charitable organizations throughout the area providing medical equipment and supplies to individuals with whom they also are working

As a non-profit 501(c)(3) the Lifestyle Hospice Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors who come from diverse and valuable backgrounds.
